KISS Officially Confirmed For STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY

KISS has officially confirmed its participation in the 68th Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in Sturgis, South Dakota (as BLABBERMOUTH.NET first reported on May 16). The band will play the Glencoe CampResort on August 4. Also scheduled to appear at this year's Sturgis Motorcycle Rally which runs from August 4 to August 10 are 3 DOORS DOWN, FOGHAT, ALICE COOPER, THEORY OF DEADMAN and SALIVA, among others.

Commented KISS in a statement: "This tour just keeps getting bigger and the band has never been better! Until we sort out the next leg, we don't want to stop, so we're doing a few U.S. shows for our enjoyment, as much as the fans. We are having the time of our lives on the Alive 35 tour and over half a million KISS fans obviously share the feeling! Why stop?"

KISS will perform at the Konocti Harbor Resort and Spa in Kelseyville, California on Sunday, August 31 as part of the X.S. Labor Day Weekend Lake County Summerfest grand finale.

Tickets on sale to the general public Sunday, May 25 at 9:00 a.m. Kiss Army members will have access to an exclusive ticket pre-sale beginning today (Wednesday, May 21) on KissOnline.com.
